Title deed (Tapu)
The Tapu (title deed) is essentially similar to the European Land Registry. The Tapuoffice is responsible for all transfers of ownerships of property. Notaries and lawyers are not entitled to make any kind of transfer of ownership.
Once you have found your dream home, we prepare everything for the transfer of the Tapu onto your name. The Transfer of the titlde deed should be finished withing a few days.
You should be personal present at the title deed transfer but of course it could happen that the procedure is taking a a fes days longer or maybe your holiday is finishd. With a power of attorney granted by you to us, we can immediately transfer the property onto your name.
